Mu'ammar Al-Qadhafi: "[Al-Qaeda] considers all the people to be infidels. The Koran says: 'Leave none of the unbelievers in the land.' They deem all the people to be their enemies. We are all their enemies, and they want to kill us. They know nothing but killing.

"They put their fingers in their ears, cover themselves with garments, and persist in their arrogance. That's exactly how it is. When you debate them, they put their fingers in their ears, and say: 'You are infidels.'"
