NY Slimes Shills For Hamas

Laura: The NY Slimes did not see fit to publish pictures of the brutally butchered Fogel family, but makes sure it features photos of the “palestinian” civilians accidentally killed by an Israeli air strike in response to hamas rocket fire. Civilians which hamas takes cover amongst in order to use them as human shields.  Hamas doesn’t need its own media propaganda outlet since it has the NY Slimes and much of the leftist western media establishment.

New York Times: Gaza Edition

by Yarden Frankl, backspin

A man holds the bloody body of a young boy. He was one of three young men who were playing soccer, killed along with a 60 year old grandfather by an Israeli attack gone “horribly wrong.” The caption tells us that one of the victims was only ten years old.

With pictures and details like these, we must be reading the Gaza edition of the NYT.

The headline: Israel Attack on Gaza Militants Kills Four Civilians. Right to the...

Recep Tayyip Erdogan: Common Holocaust Denier

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan denies his country’s genocide of Armenians
by Bill Levinson

Turkish monsters crucify Christian Armenian women in original Holocaust

The term “Holocaust denier” applies most often to those who claim that Nazi Germany did not kill any Jews during the Second World War, but it applies more generally to anybody who denies, excuses, explains away, or blames on somebody other than the known perpetrator any mass murder, atrocity, or genocide. Another form of Holocaust denial says the victims did “something” to deserve it, whether the Jews of Nazi Germany or Ward Churchill’s “Little Eichmanns” murdered in the Twin Towers.

9/11 denial, for example, denies or blames on somebody other than the known perpetrators two missing skyscrapers, four missing airplanes, and 3000 missing Americans instead of six million missing Jews, three million missing Polish Catholics, and a million or so missing Gypsies and...

OBAMA, SOROS AND OIL

Anyone Want to Connect the Petro-Dots?
Richard N. Weltz, AMERICAN THINKER

Let’s see now, methinks there are a few dots out there just begging for someone to connect them:

    * George Soros and his various money-distribution organizations such as MoveOn.org spend heavily on behalf of Obama’s run for the presidency.

    * Soros invests over $800 million for a large stake in Petrobras, the Brazilian oil company.

    * The U.S. arranges for the Ex-Im Bank to guarantee loans of $2 billion to Brazil for exploration of offshore oil finds.

    * Brazil makes a huge find right at its front door.

    * The U.S. shuts down virtually all drilling and exploration in the Gulf of Mexico, continues offshore bans along the East and West coasts and off the coast of Alaska.

    * Libya, Africa’s largest oil producer, erupts into a bloody revolution against the régime of the psychotic tyrant Ghaddafi.

    * Obama materializes in Brazil and explains to oil executives that, “We want to...

Israel passes controversial legislation

‘Nakba Bill’ passes Knesset in third reading
By REBECCA ANNA STOIL, JPOST

New law would penalize local authorities, state-funded bodies for denying Israel as Jewish, democratic state; Admissions Committee Law passes.

The Knesset approved two controversial laws slammed by left-wing legislators and activists as unfairly targeting Israeli Arabs during a late plenum session on Tuesday night. But while some coalition MKs were happy to claim victory, civil rights organizations promised that at least one of the two bills would face a Supreme Court challenge.

The Abraham Fund Initiatives together with the Association for Civil Rights in Israel announced Tuesday that they intend to appeal the Admission Committees Law to the Supreme Court. “This law establishes a mechanism of ethnic segregation between Jewish and Arab citizens of Israel, under the auspices of the Knesset,” complained the co-executive directors of the Abraham Fund, Amnon Be’eri-Sulitzeanu and Mohammad...

Palestinians use R2P to call on international community to clamp down in Israel

Ed Lasky, AMERICAN THINKER

I have been warning the last few days that Barack Obama’s endorsement of the trendy Responsibility to Protect Doctrine (R2P) was opening a Pandora’s Box and could be used by groups to attack Israel. Yesterday we had Turkey’s Deputy Prime Minister calling on the world to bomb Israel to protect Palestinian civilians (since the UN, the Arab League, and Barack Obama have validated this approach to protect civilians in Libya). Today, R2P is now being used by the Palestinians to pressure Israel.

Surprised?

From the Los Angeles Times:
Babylon & Beyond – Observations from Iraq, Iran, Israel, the Arab world and beyond

The Palestinian Authority asked for international protection Monday citing a sharp rise in Israeli settler violence against Palestinian civilians in the West Bank…

Ghassan Khatib, director of the Palestinian Authority media center, issued a statement holding the Israeli government responsible for what he called...

America’s descent into strategic dementia

by CAROLINE B. GLICK

What the US foreign policy fights regarding Egypt and Libya indicate is that currently, a discussion about how events impact core US regional interests is completely absent from the discussion.

The US’s new war against Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi is the latest sign of its steady regional decline. In media interviews over the weekend, US military chief Adm. Michael Mullen was hard-pressed to explain either the goal of the military strikes in Libya or their strategic rationale.

Mullen’s difficulty explaining the purpose of this new war was indicative of the increasing irrationality of US foreign policy.

Traditionally, states have crafted their foreign policy to expand their wealth and bolster their national security. In this context, US foreign policy in the Middle East has traditionally been directed towards advancing three goals: Guaranteeing the free flow of inexpensive petroleum products from the Middle East to global market; strengthening...
