It happened in 1982, when several stray dogs infiltrated Libya. We caught them in several apartments. You remember this. The masses ransacked the place, and trampled them underfoot. In the past week, Al-Qaeda leader Abu Yahya Al-Libi released a video addressing the situation in Libya. In the video, which was released by Al-Qaeda's Al-Sahab media company and posted on the Internet, Al-Libi calls on Libyans to continue fighting against Mu'ammar Al-Qadhafi. The name is clearly modeled on the name Islamic State of Iraq (ISI), the Iraqi branch of Al-Qaeda, (though, unlike the ISI, this group is apparently confined to cyberspace and is not engaged in actual jihad in the field). The group, which uses the ISI banner as its logo, seeks to promote the rebellion in Libya and present it as jihad, and advocates the establishment of an Islamic state in the country.
