The survey is geared to the girls/women who have received Gardasil or parents who have vaccinated their daughters. They are trying to understand the decisional components that are important to include in the consent form and to find out how satisfied the girls/ women/ parents were with the information they were given about Gardasil before being vaccinated. 2. Doctor: Swine Flu Vaccine Killed My Son
A doctor whose son died 33 days after receiving a H1N1 flu vaccine 15 months ago stressed disbelief yesterday over the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) allegations that his son's death was not related with the vaccination. Liu Jin-cheng, a doctor serving at a hospital in the Wuchi District of Taichung City, made the remarks at the 2011 National Epidemic Prevention Conference organized by the CDC under the Cabinet-level Department of Health (DOH). Liu said he personally took care of his child in the 33 days after receiving the vaccination, and therefore very well knew the disease of the child. “Over the past 15 months, I haven't persuaded myself to believe that my son's death was caused by the parvovirus B19, rather than by the injection of H1N1 flu vaccine, as alleged by the CDC.” At yesterday's conference, the doctor showed an official examination report issued by the U.S. health authority on the cause of his son's death, saying tha t there exist great discrepancy between the CDC and the U.S. health authority concerning the issue.

All WA state residents, who want to file a philosophical or religious exemption to vaccination without getting a signature from a doctor or medical worker, should register for the free NVIC Advocacy Portal and access guidelines and updates for how to contact legislators to educate them about the dangers of SB5005. Key contacts need to be made immediately in the House of Representatives on legislation that will significantly restrict the ability to file and receive a religious or philosophical exemption. Stand up and protect your informed consent rights or lose them.

4. Appeal to keep Twitter data from WikiLeaks probe
Internet rights attorneys appealed a US judge's order that Twitter must hand over data of three users in contact with the controversial website WikiLeaks. The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) and American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) challenged the March 3 ruling. The EFF and ACLU want Magistrate Judge Theresa Buchanan's decision overturned and WikiLeaks investigators to reveal any similar requests for information from other Internet firms. "Except in very rare circumstances, the government should not be permitted to obtain information about individuals' private Internet communications in secret," said ACLU staff attorney Aden Fine. WikiLeaks has angered US authorities by posting secret documents on the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq and releasing a slew of internal correspondence among US diplomats around the world.

The public forum “Breaking Australia's silence: WikiLeaks and freedom” took place on March 16 at Sydney Town Hall. More than 2000 people attended. The event was staged by the Sydney Peace Foundation, Amnesty, the Sydney Stop the War Coalition, and supported by the City of Sydney. It featured speeches by journalist John Pilger, MP Andrew Wilkie (the only serving Western intelligence officer to expose the truth about the Iraq invasion) and human rights lawyer Julian Burnside, QC. John Pilger: "And what is absolutely critical, and Julian has made this point so well, that the moment we leave the Sydney Town Hall that’s when all this begins. Because mustn’t throw away this incredible expression of several thousand people coming together to express their concern about what has happened to our country, what has happened to Julian Assange and what will happen to us unless we do something now."
