Would you think that 35,000+ civilians being
killed by shadowy forces with no real investigation
and no prosecution is alarming?
This isn't taking place in Egypt or Libya or the
Ivory Coast.
It's taking place right on the US border.
In the last week, Mexican working people by the
tens of thousands all over the country have
done something Americans need to start doing...
Taking to the streets and telling the government
what to do.
In this case, send the troops back to their barracks
so they can stop facilitating the murder of people.
Strangely not a word of this public demonstration
of courage by everyday Mexican people is being
reported by the US news.
Instead, the US media hard at work covering the twin
farces of budget reform and the need" to support
Libyan rebels "forces" (3 guys, an AK and a pick up
truck.)
