Israel's Existence is Forbidden by Islamic Law

On May 3, 1999, Yasir Arafat's official Palestine Authority (PA) radio station (Voice of Palestine) broadcast the following religious sermon (at Jerusalem's Al Aqsa mosque) instructing all Muslims that Israel is part of Palestine and that Israel's survival is "forbidden by religious law:"

The land of Muslim Palestine is a single unit which cannot be divided. There is no difference between Haifa and Nablus, between Lod and Ramallah, between Jerusalem and Nazareth. The division of the land of Palestine into cantons and the recognition of the occupation is forbidden by religious law, since the land of Palestine is sacred Wakf land for the benefit of all Muslims, east and west. No one has the right to divide it or give up any of it. The liberation of Palestine is obligatory for all the Islamic nations and not only for our Palestinian nation....All Israeli politicians across their entire political spectrum, regardless of their labels, they all have a single Zionist view embodied in the occupation of the land and the establishment of the Zionist entity at the expense of the MuslimPalestinian land....Allah shall free the captives and the prisoners, Allah shall grant victory to our jihad warriors.

Islamic Jihad leader, Ramadan Abdalla Shalah says [Mid-East Mirror, November 10, 1996):

In the end Israel will disappear as the Koran states. From the standpoint of the Koran, there is no place for Israel and its existence is not justifiable.

Another Hamas leader, Abdel-Aziz Rantisi, said [Jerusalem Post, May 25, 1997]:

Islam does not permit giving up one inch of Palestine and states that Palestine belongs to the Muslims, belongs to the Palestinian people, not to the Jews. Bartering land is not liberation and is not permissible in Islam.

In Jan. 1995, the mufti of Saudi Arabia, Sheikh Abdel Aziz Bin-Baz, ruled that Islamic law does not rule out peace with Israel -

on condition that it is a temporary peace, until the Moslems build up the [military] strength needed to expel the Jews.

The Hamas Charter instructs: "We [all Palestinians] know the Palestinian problem is a religious one, to be dealt with on this premise... 'I swear by that [sic] who holds in his hands the Soul of Muhammad! I indeed wish to go to war for the sake of Allah! I will assault and kill, assault and kill, assault and kill.'"

Note the following is the opinion of the author of the Shockers web site and not necessarily the opinion of the ZOA.

The Palestinian grudge against Israel is not just a political one, but a religious one as well. So says Director of Palestinian Media Watch, Itamar Marcus in his recent report and at a recent oral presentation at Tel Aviv University's Jaffe Center for Strategic Studies. In his paper entitled "Islam's Mandatory War Against Jews and Israel," Marcus documents Islamic holy leaders declaring Jews to be "the eternal enemies of Allah," and the killing of Jews to be Allah's will. Palestinian Media Watch monitors thePalestinian media and issues regular reports, which can be had by emailing pmw@netvision.net.il.

The Palestinians have redefined the conflict from one over borders, in which compromise may be a solution, into a religious war for Allah in which compromise is heretical," Marcus explains. Religious leaders in the Palestinian Authority who lead Friday services in mosques continuously emphasize the following eight points:

  1. Jews are the enemy of Allah
  2. The killing of a Jew is a religious obligation
  3. All agreements with Israel are temporary in nature
  4. Islam is fighting a religious war against the Jews
  5. Palestinians are the vanguard in this war against the Jews, but all of Islam is obligated to assist them
  6. All the of the land between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea is Islamic trust and any Muslim who relinquishes his land is damned to hell
  7. Allah will replace Muslims who shirk their duty to fight Israel
  8. The ultimate destruction of Israel is a certainty

Marcus notes a number of horrifying quotes straight from the mouths of Palestinian Authority religious leaders that make the above points, including the following:

We the Palestinian nation, our fate from Allah is to be the vanguard in the war against the Jews until the resurrection of the dead, as the prophet Muhammad said: "The resurrection of the dead will not arrive until you will fight the Jews and kill them…"
- - Dr. Muhammed Ibrahim Madi, Palestinian Television, 30 March 2001

The Jews are the Jews... They are all liars… They are terrorists. Therefore it is necessary to slaughter them and murder them, according to the words of Allah… it is forbidden to have mercy in your hearts for the Jews in any place and in any land. Make war on them any place that you find yourself. Any place that you encounter them, kill them. Kill the Jews and those among the Americans that are like them… The Jews only understand might. Have no mercy on the Jews, murder them everywhere…
- - The preacher Dr. Ahmed Yousuf Abu Halabiah, a member of the Palestinian Sharianic (Islamic religious law) Rulings Council, and Rector of Advanced Studies, the Islamic University, Palestinian Television, 13 October 2000

Blessed is he who fights Jihad in the name of Allah, blessed is he who [goes on] raids in the name of Allah, blessed is he who dons a vest of explosives on himself or on his children and goes in to the depth of the Jews and says: Allahu Akbar, Blessed be Allah. Like the collapse of the building upon the heads of the Jews in their sinful dance-hall, I ask of Allah that we see the Knesset collapsing on the heads of the Jews.
- - Dr. Muhammad Ibrahim Madi, Friday Sermon, Palestinian TV, June 8, 2001

The Day of resurrection will not come without the victory of the believers over the descendants of the monkeys and pigs and with their annihilation.
- - Sheikh Muhammed Abd Al Hadi La'afi, Responsible for Religious Teaching and Instruction in the Office of the Wakf in the official P.A. newspaper Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, 18, May 2001

The above was reported by Israel's Channel 7 July 19, 2001.

Arafat's map of Palestine does not

include Israel. This picture is from the

Yasser Arafat in 1970 said (Washington Post March 19, 1970)

The goal of our struggle is the end of Israel, and there can be no compromise.

El Mundo, of Caracas, Venzuela reports Arafat as saying (Feb 11, 1980)

Peace for us means the destruction of Israel. We are preparing for an all-out war, a war which will last for generations. Since Jan. 1965, when Fatah was born, we have become the most dangerous enemy that Israel has...We shall not rest until the day when we return to our home, and until we destroy Israel.

On September 13, 1995 - the same day that the peace agreement ceremony was

held in Washington D.C., Yasser Arafat spoke on Jordan Television:

Since we cannot defeat Israel in war we do this in stages. We take any and

every territory that we can of Palestine, and establish sovereignty there,

and we use it as a springboard to take more. When the time comes, we can

get the Arab nations to join us for the final blow against Israel.

The late King Hussein was fond of describing Arafat as a man:

Who never comes to a bridge he can’t double cross.

U.S. News and World Report quoted Arafat as saying (May 1 1989 p78)

I am not seeking the peace of compromise, but the peace of Saladin.

Arafat in a speech to Arab diplomats in the Spiegel Salon at the Grand Hotel in

Stockholm, Sweden (Jan 30, 1996) said:

We Palestinians will take over everything, including all of Jerusalem. Peres and Beilin have already promised us half of Jerusalem. The Golan Heights have already been given away, subject to just a few details. We will take over everything including all of Jerusalem! We of the P.L.O. will now concentrate all our efforts on splitting Israel psychologically into two camps. Within five years we will have six to seven million Arabs living on the West bank and in Jerusalem. All Palestinian Arabs will be welcomed back by us. If the Jews can import all kinds of Ethiopians, Russians, Uzbekians and Ukranians as Jews, then we can import all kinds of Arabs to us! You understand that we plan to eliminate the State of Israel and establish a purely Palestinian State. We will make life unbearable for Jews by psychological warfare and population explosion; Jews will not want to live among us Arabs! I have no use for Jews, they are and remain Jews!"

The above is quoted in Prof Murray Kahl's article - 'Arafat's secret plans for the "total collapse of Israel"'

Former U.S. Ambassador Jeanne Kirkpatrick on Arafat's Goal (The Case Against Arafat ZOA pamphlet)

Arafat's goal, Fatah's goal, has been the destruction of Israel. From time to time it has been clearly stated. It was clarified again recently in the extraordinary interview of Arafat aide Faisal al-Husseini, granted just before Husseini's death and just after Arafat had turned down the generous offer Israel had made to Arafat. The interview, titled "The Oslo Accords Were a Trojan Horse: The Strategic Goal is the Liberation of Palestine from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea," was published in the Egyptian daily, Al-Arabic. In that interview, Husseini abandoned the pretext so long maintained that he and the leadership of the Palestinian Authority sought or would ever have settled for anything less than total control of the whole of Israel.

In this interview, the "moderate" Husseini spoke with rare candor about his own and the PLO's goals. He emphasized that the Oslo Accords, however flawed, had served the purposes of Arafat and the PLO. The Accords, he said, had one great merit, they had permitted the PLO to "enter their country." He emphasized, "The Strategic Goal is and must be a Palestinian State from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea.... Our ultimate goal is the liberation of all historic Palestine from the [Jordan] River to the Mediterranean Sea, even if this means that the conflict will last for another thousand years or for many generations."

We must continue to focus on the higher goal and never forget it. It is the liberation of Palestine from the river to the sea...," Husseini said. He tells us that the Trojan Horse is the mask with which a Palestinian disguises himself and finally, enters Israel in order to seize it.

Article 15 of the Palestinian National Covenant (1968)

The liberation of Palestine, from the Arab viewpoint, is a national duty to repulse the Zionist, imperialist invasion from the great Arab homeland and to purge the Zionist presence from Palestine. Its full responsibilities fall upon the Arab nation, peoples and governments, with the Palestinian Arab people at its head.

Quotes from PA leaders corroborating Arafat:

We shall never allow Israel to live in peace. We shall never allow it total security. Every Israeli will feel that behind every wall there might be a guerrilla who is aiming at me...Farouk Kaddoumi head of the PLO's political department in an Interview in Stern, West Germany on July 30, 1981

Our agreements with the Israelis are like the Trojan horse. I explain to our people that this is the only way to get into the walls of Jerusalem, like the wooden horse the Greeks used against the Trojans.

-- Faisal Husseini, who ran Orient House as Arafat's representative in Jerusalem in an interview with an Egyptian magazine before his death in May 2001 quoted by Amnon Dankner in Ma'ariv, July 13, 2001

...this state will be an independent Palestinian state and will function as a base from which to liberate Jaffa, Akko, and all of Palestine... Salah Khalaf (Abu Iyad) interview with Al-Safir, Lebanon, Jan. 25, 1988

The right of the Palestinian nation to self-determination is expressed in the exposure and the destruction of the Zionist idea, and of Israel, which is the result of that idea. Sami el Atri, Secretary of the Palestinian Central Committee in an interview with the Kuwaiti paper Al-Kabas March 7, 1978.

We are discussing the current problems and when we speak about Jerusalem it doesn't mean that we have forgotten about Hebron or about Jaffa or about Acre..we are speaking about the current problems that have priority at a certain time. It doesn't mean that we have given up... We have announced a number of times that from a religious point of view Palestine from the sea to the river is Islamic." [Note: Jaffa and Acre are Israeli cities.]

- - Sheikh Ikrima Sabri - The Palestinian Authority appointed Mufti of Jerusalem and Palestine on Palestinian Television, 11 January 2001

Even if agreements were signed [regarding] Gaza and the West Bank, we will not forget [the currently Israeli cities of] Haifa, Acre, Jaffa, the Galilee Triangle, and the Negev. It is only a question of time.

- - Dr. Ahmed Abu Halabiah, Palestinian Television, 13 October 2000

All of the agreements entered into [with Israel] are temporary, until the decree comes from Allah and until the destiny from Allah is realized.

- - Dr. Muhammed Ibrahim Madi., Palestinian Television, 28 July 2000

We exaggerate when we say 'peace'... what we are speaking about is 'Hudna', a temporary ceasefire.

-- Arab Knesset Member Abdel Maleh Dahamshe, Palestinian Television, 1 September 2000

Zayid Wahba, Arafat's Fatah commander in Lebanon in as-Safir in January 1989

When we call for the establishment of a Palestinian state on any part of the land of Palestine-that does not mean we have relinquished our historic rights in all of Palestine.

The chairman of the PLO parliament in late December 89 said:

We also aspire for [all of Palestine]. However, in light of the current international political state of affairs, we are working within available possibilities and afterward we will demand more.

During Operation Defensive Shield, Israel allowed Jordanian helicopters to fly to Israel and deliver large quantities of medicine for wounded Arabs, including terrorists, in the Palestinian Authority areas. Several such helicopters landed yesterday in the Binyamin Brigade headquarters near Beit El, and the medicines were transferred to Red Crescent ambulances. When IDF soldiers opened one of the crates, they were astonished to find not only medicines inside, but also greeting cards with messages of incitement against Israel and calls to continue the armed struggle. The cards carried messages such as,"Holy war [jihad] for the liberation of Jerusalem is a door to Paradise,"

The following paragaphs are from the New York Post (5/20/02)

That Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl was so cruelly and viciously slain - his throat was cut after his captors forced him to "confess" that he was Jewish - is horrible enough. Last week, it got worse.

CBS News reported that a videotape of Daniel Pearl's final hours - including his on-camera beheading - is being used to entice recruits to radical Islam.

The tape, disseminated on the Internet from Web sites originating in Saudi Arabia, is titled: "The Slaughter of the Spy-Journalist, the Jew Daniel Pearl."

CBS termed it "a recruiting poster for America's enemies" aimed at young Saudis.

"The audience for this Web site [is] young Saudis: college students, high school students and unemployed Saudis," according to dissident Saudi journalist Ali al-Ahmed, who discovered the site and brought it to CBS's attention.

According to Ali al-Ahmed the reaction of Saudis seeing the tape was

"They said, ‘I wish I was there, I wish I had done it.' "

England's Telegraph Group Ltd. wrote a report (March 15, 2002) that quotes Saudi newspapers to the effect that scuffles broke out between firemen and members of the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice when the latter tried to keep the girls inside a burning school in Mecca. Fifteen girls were killed as they stampeded to escape from the blazing building in the holy Muslim city. The Telegraph reported that a civil defense officer said that he saw three members of the religious police "beating young girls to prevent them from leaving the school because they were not wearing the abaya." This was also reported by the BBC online on March 15, 02.

In an article published by the Saudi government daily Al-Riyadh (March 10, 2002), columnist, Dr. Umayma Ahmad Al-Jalahma of King Faysal University in Al-Dammam, wrote on "The Jewish Holiday of Purim."

This holiday [Purim] begins with a fast, on March 13, like the Jewess

Esther who vowed to fast. The holiday continues on March 14; during the

holiday, the Jews wear carnival-style masks and costumes and overindulge in

drinking alcohol, prostitution, and adultery. This holiday has become known

among Muslim historians as the "Holiday of Masks."

She also wrote about the Hamantashen Jews eat on Purim.

During this holiday, the Jew must prepare very special pastries, the

filling of which is not only costly and rare - it cannot be

found at all on the local and international markets.

Unfortunately, this filling cannot be left out, or substituted with any

alternative serving the same purpose. For this holiday, the Jewish people

must obtain human blood so that their clerics can prepare the holiday

pastries. In other words, the practice cannot be carried out as required if

human blood is not spilled!!

Before I go into the details, I would like to clarify that the Jews'

spilling human blood to prepare pastry for their holidays is a

well-established fact, historically and legally, all throughout history.

This was one of the main reasons for the persecution and exile that were

their lot in Europe and Asia at various times...

Let us now examine how the victims' blood is spilled. For this, a

needle-studded barrel is used; this is a kind of barrel, about the size of

the human body, with extremely sharp needles set in it on all sides. [These

needles] pierce the victim's body, from the moment he is placed in the

barrel.

These needles do the job, and the victim's blood drips from him very

slowly. Thus, the victim suffers dreadful torment - torment that affords the

Jewish vampires great delight as they carefully monitor every detail of the

blood-shedding with pleasure and love that are difficult to comprehend.

After this barbaric display, the Jews take the spilled blood, in the bottle

set in the bottom [of the needle-studded barrel], and the Jewish cleric

makes his coreligionists completely happy on their holiday when he serves

them the pastries in which human blood is mixed.

In the same month in the same paper (Al-Riyadh) Ms. Al-Jalahma wrote a piece "The U.S. Should Expel the Jews,". She wrote that George Washington bemoaned the fact that the states "have not attempted to fight and annihilate the Jews - even though [the Jews] have proven to be a group of lethal insects who [pose] the gravest dangers to the United States and its security." She quotes Benjamin Franklin as agreeing, declaring that unless "you do not make haste and expel the Jews from our country today and forever, your children will curse you in your graves." These words, according to Ms. Al-Jalahma, came from a "1789 convention for the declaration of the American constitution." There, she writes that Benjamin Franklin demanded an amendment to ensure the deportation of Jews from the United States.(THE SAUDI MEDIA HATEFEST Diana West The Washington Times 3/22/2002).

What you never read about this in the history books? It must be a Zionist coverup!

The Franciscan Custody of the Holy Land and the International Coalition for Nazareth, said they are asking the Israeli government to stop the intimidation of Christians and Muslims in Nazareth by "extremist elements." They said local residents told them that every night cars drive through the city with loudspeakers blaring anti-Christian and anti-Israel propaganda.

Rev. Charles Kopp of the United Christian Council in Israel said those who had visited the area could testify the atmosphere is very hostile and intimidating.
