No wonder the Saudi King feels betrayed by the American President. If not for the Saudis, their neighbor would already be dead or in exile. Obama's contribution: he didn't interfere.
Contrary to the WikiLeaked information, Israel can still destroy Iran's nuclear installations. The problem, however, is that Israel, on its own, lacks the conventional firepower to also eliminate Iran's menacing missile sites. An Israeli surprise attack on Iran would thus most likely result in the leveling of much, if not most, of Israel's primary population centers.
So, what must be done? The answer is tragically clear: the miraculously reborn Jewish State, in order to prevent a second Holocaust, must draw on its presumed nuclear arsenal in order to strike first--kill or be killed. Appeasement of Iran by the United States--which has the conventional might to wipe out the turbaned tyranny's nuclear and missile sites--has painted Israel into an unthinkable corner.
If that seems extreme, ask yourself this: would the U.S. risk the destruction or crippling of its entire northeastern corridor, from the nation's capital, Washington, DC, up through Philadelphia, New York, and Boston?

The Egyptian revolution, which, with the support and encouragement of the Obama administration, succeeded in overthrowing an important, longtime American ally, has plunged the country into a period of prolonged chaos and violence, as Islamists--aided by Islamist sympathizers in the military--maneuver to take power. The Islamist objective is an elected theocracy--a so-called Islamic democracy--which the Obama administration supports. The administration is pro-Islamist--i.e. it claims that so-called moderate Islamists (an oxymoron akin to moderate Nazis) can be engaged (code for appeased and aligned with). The only off-limits Islamist groups, as far as the administration is concerned, are Al Qaeda and its affiliates and so-called irreconcilable elements of the Taliban. Actually, this reporter suspects that there are administration advisors who believe that the day will come when the United States will also have to engage AQ affiliates and all Taliban factions.
