Border Agency efforts criticised
UK Border Agency staff in Scotland and Northern Ireland carried out inspections at just 10% of small air and seaports, a report has found. The independent chief inspector of the agency said just 63 out of 683 threat assessments had been undertaken - with none since 2008.
