Article 15 of TEC or TFEU on

Treaty on functioning of EU.

It says all legislation -- including budget and tax --

must be in public.

The Conciliation Committees and earlier meetings are in secret.

This allows the large increases of budget to take place without democratic control

The EU is a source of private funding for the Council --

which is composed of the three main political parties and their cronies.

Three main parties everywhere socialist, liberal and CD -- Christian Democrats.

They have replaced the 'independent' members of the Commission with party

hacks. And so with other institutions supposedly independent and non-political.

People should have the option to say NO to poltical parties when they lack support as most parties do today.

And the council ...as in the nation states so in the EU.

Does the Council act like a debating chamber of the Nations?

Who knows it is secret.

I suspect the polticians just cut deals.

Its now the Cabinet of the EU as like the Cabinet in UK GOVERNMENT

The Council should be open when 'considering and voting on any legislation'.

Considering means preliminary discussions.

They opened up a bit then made the European Council which is head of government level

and completely closed.

The Council is now part of EU Government and its first duty is to the EU not their own nation states.

Thus the leaders of the Nation States are locus parenti--

so to speak of the EU

in their own nation states.

The council works for the party interests--

the cartel of parties in power in council and in the States.

They raise their own salaries, make masses of new jobs available for party hacks

in

the External relations service (EAS).

They work in conjuction with powerful intersts such as big Pharma, Auto industry etc.

Public has no say-so on public policy.

That is why Farage and co stick out when they raise 'normal ' questions like

Who elected you Mr van Rompuy?

And when they have cross country party funding only ..look out

and when they introduce a one President election across EU ....Look out..

and when the introduce EU Income Tax ...look out

and then Fractional Reserve Lending by 2019
for the ECB

L
oook very out

Yes when you have control of the purse strings everything is possible ...

except that the law courts are now on track to give judgements as to whether it is legal.

The politicians raised loans for the Euro (Greece etc) OUTSIDE the treaty framework.

First the German Court, but potentially 27 national law courts and one European

court in Luxembourg and another in strasbourg.
