PRESIDENT LAYS OUT LEGAL POSITION TO JUSTIFY
ILLEGAL, UNNECESSARY INTERVENTION IN LIBYA
The effort to topple Khadafy, an anti-Islamist dictator who had cut a deal with the West and had abandoned terrorism and weapons of mass destruction, is also about eliminating another Obama rival--for leadership of the Muslim and Arab worlds. Al Qaeda chief Osama Bin Laden was the main rival--and an implacable foe, of course, of the United States. But Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, a longtime American ally--and friend of Israel--was also an Obama rival.
It's all Islam all the time, folks, as America's first Muslim-born-and-reared, Third World-American President focuses his energy--and America's precious resources--on promoting oxymoronic Islamic democracy and "moderate" Islamism (concepts akin to Communist/Nazi/fascist democracy and moderate Communism/Nazism/fascism).
It's all about building up--and manipulating--"the Muslim world" and "the Arab Street," not saving and rebuilding your world and Main Street. Not even Wall Street, although Obama naturally needs and wants Wall Street money to win a second term (God forbid).
