2011 UKIP ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Friday, 1st July 2011

This year's UKIP Annual Conference will take place in Eastbourne, on the South East coast from September 8 to 10.

What will the EU look like by September 8th? Will Greece still be in the Eurozone? Will there even be a Eurozone? Will David Cameron be preparing to distance us from the sinking ship – or trying to justify more bailouts, more power conceded, 'more Europe'?

One thing's for sure: this year's National Conference will be fizzing with excitement, as 700-800 members gather to hear the finest line-up of speakers yet assembled from the Eurosceptic movement.

Among them will be Timo Soini, whose electoral breakthrough this year put him within sight of the Finnish premiership, but whose refusal to back the Euro bailouts cost him a place in government; Patrick O'Flynn the Daily Express Political Columnist and intellectual driving force behind the paper's historic campaign for EU withdrawal; and French Deputy Nicolas Dupont-Aignan, (pictured), leader of France's new Eurosceptic party, the DLR.

Plus, a wealth of other speakers, trade stands, fringe meetings and opportunities to meet old friends will make this the best £28 you'll spend this year. For a little more, you can take part in the range of social/political events that make Conference what it is: the Chairman's Reception, Leader's Lunch (this year, with added Leader), and the famous Gala Dinner.

Eastbourne is a superb venue, with a spacious and beautiful complex a minute from the seafront, in an elegant Georgian resort owned by the Duke of Devonshire.
