ISLAMIST REGIME TO BOOST NAVAL PRESENCEKhadafy Cooperated Closely With CIA

Maybe. Maybe not.
Click here to read about documents--purportedly found in a Tripoli trash pile--that suggest that China was playing a double game in Libya, pretending to go along with U.N. sanctions on the embattled Khadafy regime while offering to sell it stockpiles of weapons with a minimum estimated value of $200 million.
Britain's Secret Service once saved Khadafy's son from being assassinated by Islamist terrorists linked to Qatar. Now, MI6 is helping Islamists hunt Khadafy and his son. Click here for the story.
More proof--here--that Turkey's Islamist regime is pursuing an imperialist foreign policy. It is by definition aimed at radically altering Turkey's power relationships with other nations, including Israel.
Tragically, the United States encouraged Turkish Islamist imperialism. But the U.S. may be having second thoughts, some Foreign Confidential™ analysts say, as Ankara's aggressive stance has set in motion a dangerous dynamic, one that could easily spin out of control.
The American Jewish Committee today expressed grave concern about the International Atomic Energy Agency's (IAEA) latest findings on Iran's nuclear activities.
AJC executive director David Harris said: "This latest IAEA report underscores yet again the danger posed by the Iranian nuclear program."
The nine-page report, released on Friday, examines Iran's compliance with the Non-Proliferation Treaty and binding UN Security Council resolutions that address Iran's nuclear program.
Among the report's key highlights:
ESCALATING ISRAELI-TURKISH TENSIONS
The Islamizing of the Arab-Israeli conflict is in full swing, thanks to the United States.
The Bush administration--Condoleezza Rice, specifically--blocked the Turkish military from stopping the Islamists while there was still time to save Turkey's secular system. (Rice was also instrumental in installing a Hamas regime in Gaza.)
The Obama administration is supporting the rise of an oxymoronic "democratic Islamist" neo-Ottomon Empire--a model Islamocracy--in order to counter nuclear arming Iran. The administration also sees Turkey as a regional pacifier and a potential sword against Russia and China.
Turkey, the Arc of Islam, and the awesome energy riches of Central Asia ... it's the Great Game redux, with tiny Israel as the player that doesn't fit. The Jewish State is increasingly seen as a liability rather than an asset by a hostile--ironically, leftwing--American administration that is bent on manipulating and exploiting rightwing political/organized/state Islam.
That makes sense.
What makes sense, too, is that the Saudis, given their staggering wealth and close relationship with nuclear-armed Pakistan, have already acquired nuclear weapons and related delivery systems--i.e. warheads and matching missiles.

Early warning.
Turkey's Islamist regime could be itching for fight with Israel as a means of tightening its grip on the Turkish military pursuant to an ongoing purge of the armed forces, traditional guardian of Turkey's secular system. Will the military go along? Are there still elements of the Turkish military with the political will to resist--and end--the Islamizing trend? Time will tell.
Sunni Turkey and Shiite Islamist Iran are imperialist rivals; both countries are pursuing foreign policies aimed at overthrowing the status quo. In contrast with nuclear arming Iran, however, which the Obama administration appeased but failed to align with, Turkey is a full NATO member--backed by Washington. The administration supports the creation of an Islamist, neo-Ottoman Empire. Obama's most viciously anti-Israel advisors would actually like to use NATO against Israel.
The Turkish threat should not be underestimated. Just ask the Armenians. Alone, even, and certainly in concert with Egypt and Hamas, Turkey could threaten Israel's existence. Ultimately, Israel's presumed nuclear deterrent may be all that stands in the way of a catastrophic defeat at the hands of genocidal Islamists.
