Which one of the Quartet would be the first to volunteer to negotiate with an adjacent entity which had two constitutions and one covenant to destroy you? Which one would be the first to negotiate with a leader whose party lost the last election and whose party was forcibly ousted from a segment of land controlled by the victorious party with a plank in its platform calling for your destruction?
