MP says he has to obey the Whips.

Daniel Kawczynski, Conservative MP for Shrewsbury and Atcham who was reviewing the papers on the 9.0am programme Broadcasting House this morning, stated he had never had a vote on the EU and would like one BUT he had to obey the Whips.

Reviewing the papers this week were Daniel Kawczynski, Conservative MP for Shrewsbury and Atcham, Lucy Tobin, Personal Finance Editor for the Evening Standard and broadcaster Richard Madeley.
