There is a great deal of comment on the role that Germany is now taking at the lead to the financial crisis. What if the entire edifice was pre-planned, designed to suck in the weak outer ring of European economies, designed to overburden and then collapse under its own weight, designed to allow the replacement of democratically elected leaders with Eurocrats, designed to put Germany in control, firmly and irrevocably. Well enter stage left… Wolfgang Schäuble, the German Finance Minister and the architect of that planning. It was his joint paper on a two speed Europe presented in 1994 (Karl Lamers/Wolfgang Schäuble: Überlegungen zur europäischen Politik) that has now come to pass. Born during WWII, Schäuble has been at the centre of government in Germany since the days of Helmut Kohl, for whom he served as his Chief of Staff in one of the most vociferous pro-European administrations. The EU project came before all else, before his health, before his career. In October 1990 he was shot in an assassination attempt, which has left him confined to a wheelchair to this day, but he continued on. As Chairman of the CDU he was embroiled in a campaign donor scandal in 1990, forcing both Helmut Kohl and Schäuble to give way to the young East German politician that he had himself only two years earlier put forward as the party general secretary. Angela Merkel. When Merkel became Chancellor in 2005, Schäuble was back. He has proved to be the driving force behind Merkel and her pro-European policies. “Under Merkel he’s developed an extremely independent role,” said Ulrich Deupmann, author of a biography of Mr. Schäuble. Or as the Frankfurter Allgemeine newspaper put it this year: “The finance minister is his own chancellor.” He has been working on his 1994 plan ever since, never really went away but as the Euro crisis rumbles on it has resurfaced because of various events, such as So is the rhetoric for ever closer union coming out of Germany this week Merkel or Schäuble talking? Well, let Schäuble tell you himself. “There is a limited transition period where we have to manage the nervousness on the markets,” Mr. Schäuble said. “If it is clear that by the end of 2012 or the middle of 2013 that we have all the ingredients for new, strengthened and deepened political structures together, I think that will work.” He sees the turmoil as not an obstacle but a necessity. “We can only achieve a political union if we have a crisis,”. Says it all really. Now tell me none of this was planned… and its not over yet. The bigger questions of course are how our appeasing PM will act, and how the Judas Class, the enemy within, will react to growing public anger at being shut out of the decision making process. People were still not ready to believe that the EU was on the road to killing democracy for its own survival. Today, we can see with our own eyes how the EU, lead by a resurgent Germany, has removed the democratically elected governments of Italy and Greece and replaced them with imposed unelected technocrats subservient to the ruling elites in Brussels. The Post Democratic age has long been on the EU agenda. It has oft been spoken of by those purple tie wearing ‘progressives’, in particular Peter Mandelson. For those of you who do not understand that this latest move by the EU will not be its last, that the destruction of democratically elected nation states to be replaced by unelected supranational and regional government is only just getting under way, I shall republish the post from last year. It highlights for me why I and others have found it necessary to start documenting and naming those of the Judas Class who have committed the most foul offences to sell our country to those who would rule over us. The British public are still under the illusion that they live in a democracy. We are told that because we get to vote for elected representatives, that is democratic. Well that’s true, to an extent. It only becomes true if those whom we elect are in a position to make the decisions that govern our lives, but if the decision making takes place elsewhere, and our elected representatives, both local and national are merely empowered to enable and enact those decisions the governmental system that we live under can hardly be called a democracy. So lets take a look at who makes the decisions, and it is worth noting that all of the groups that I will outline below consider themselves to be democratically elected bodies. I guarantee that apart from three partial exceptions, you have not voted for any of them. Local Councillors Partial Exception No.1. You think these guys & gals run your town? On average they only have control over 15% of a local authority budget, and even then it is more down to disbursements rather than real decision making about how those funds are spent. The rest is controlled by the ‘Local Authority Ltd’, the council executive run by the CEO, and is responsible for enabling or enacting decisions, policies and service contracts which are made at National level by UK government, or by the EU via the Committee of the Regions. UK Parliament, Scottish Parliament, Welsh Assembly Government, North Ireland Assembly. Partial Exception No.2. Westminster. Lots of talking, lots of debating but over 70% of the policy decisions are made elsewhere, mainly in Brussels, but also from other sources on an International basis. Wales, Scotland & NI have the vast majority of their policies & decisions written either in London or Brussels, so for all the cost, energy and showmanship that goes into those bodies, they are really only arguing over localisation and presentational issues, not the substance. Only 30% or less of UK law is now derived from UK sources. The rest is the enabling or enactment of decisions taken by other bodies. The European Parliament This is the last of the partial exceptions. Yes, you did vote for them, and they are sitting in Brussels/Strasbourg debating and voting on your behalf. BUT… they are only enacting and enabling decisions that were taken elsewhere, i.e. the unelected EU Commission and the Council of Ministers. MEPs do not have the right or power to raise new laws themselves, only to vote on what is put in front of them. And that as far as most people are concerned is it, apart from the bigger local stuff such asCounty Councils, Unitary Authorities, Regional Assemblies and RDAs, although as before they are only bodies who enact the decisions, they don’t make them. And don’t even get me started on the myriad networks of taxpayer funded fake charities that lobby, cajole and lie to get many of these policies pushed through by social engineering. You must already be thinking just how many layers are there, and why am I paying for so many levels of government, but wait.., we are far from finished yet, and yes, you ARE paying for all the above and heavily for what you will see below. So lets start looking at the bodies who make those decisions that your elected representatives are forced to enable and enforce at your expense. Major regional parliaments and parliamentary assemblies Notice all the N/A (not applicable) labels against the heading of direct election. These are the unelected ones who make the decisions that our elected officials must push through. So how many of these major ‘parliamentary’ bodies make decisions that have a direct impact on your lives, that you have no recourse to? Well, believe it or not, its 7 of the 8 bodies listed here (the Mercosur Parliament in S.America is still reasonably embryonic), with the EU parliament only having partial recourse. The Arab Parliament makes decisions that affect us all with Treaties with the EU, and of course the Pan African Parliament is getting into bed with the EU assisting in the formation of the link body The Mediterranean Union under the Barcelona agreement. You may also like to note that virtually all senior members of all of these bodies are socialist. This is international socialism hard at work. No-body voted for them yet they are all happily spending your tax money, making decisions about your lives, laws, regulations, banking, trade, farming, energy, military and much more (just click the links and read, you will see just how much). But they are all pre-cursors to the ultimate planned international socialist parliamentary body of all. The United Nations Parliamentary Assembly. Still in the planning stage but nearing completion, this is the ultimate in One World Government. They even have their flag and logo made up ready. The Campaign for the Establishment of a United Nations Parliamentary Assembly (CEUNPA) is a global network of more than 270 non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and 700 parliamentarians from around 140 countries devoted to establishing a United Nations Parliamentary Assembly Whilst the engineered ‘Global Banking Crisis’ is happily transferring the assets of commercial banks into the hands of Central Banks, which one by one are in turn are handing their economic sovereignty over to the EU as well as the IMF & World Bank (both children of the UN), nations are losing their right to self determination to these regional ‘parliaments’, these unelected bodies, as our own so called democratic governments are nudging you and ultimately forcing you into this structure of One World Government, Geo-Political Parliaments and Regions. The £1/2 Million Breach of the Peace charge, 13 hearings, 15,000 travel miles, Cross Border Police seizures, surveillance & a former Lord Advocate A breach of the Peace charge against anti-abuse campaigner Robert Green is to cost taxpayers upwards of £1/2 million pounds. A BREACH OF THE PEACE CHARGEwhich has resulted in THIRTEEN HEARINGS at Stonehaven Sheriff Court, 15,000 travel miles for the accused, trips by Grampian Police Officers to England to search & raid homes & seize property including computers & documents, Crown Office staff being flown into Aberdeen especially for the case, and a witness list which has varied in numbers and currently totals SIXTY ONE persons, has so far resulted in the anti-abuse campaigner Robert Green who represents Hollie Greig, (a downs syndrome victim alleged to have been abused by a paedophile ring based in Aberdeen), being told he is to face yet more hearings next week to determine the status of a Procurator Fiscal parachuted in to the court by the Crown Office directly to deal with the now TWENTY TWO MONTH long prosecution of Mr Green for a single breach of the peace, now thought to have cost the taxpayer upwards of HALF A MILLION POUNDS. Earlier this week, Stonehaven Sheriff Court heard from Mr Green’s legal counsel, Frances McMenamin QC who opened on Monday, stating her surprise at Procurator Fiscal Stephen McGowan representing the prosecution. This was due to the issue of the computer records provided by the Crown Office indicating that Mr McGowan may be liable to be called by the defence. He was asked by Ms McMenanin to recuse himself. PF McGowan refused and put to Sheriff Principal Bowen that the prospect was theoretical. The sheriff agreed with him and allowed him to continue until there was an adjournment soon after. Upon the resumption of proceedings, Mr McGowan stood up holding a document, a citation calling him as a defence witness. He asked for an adjournment as he would have to reconsider his position. Sheriff Bowen said he was most displeased to be placed in this situation and had never before come across such an event in 45 years of legal experience. He granted the adjournment. Former Lord Advocate now Dame Elish Angiolini employed Cayman Islands hopping lawyers from Glasgow. Reporting on the background of the case, Robert Green was arrested by Police on 12th February 2010 in relation to a breach of the peace alleged to have been committed in Aberdeen when Mr Green attempted to hand out leaflets regarding the anti-abuse campaign. It was also revealed the then Lord Advocate, now Dame Elish Angiolini had employed private law firm Levy McRae to serve interdicts on Mr Green in connection with his campaign to ‘out’ alleged abusers of downs syndrome victim Hollie Greig. Glasogw law firm Levy McRae who later represented shamed former Glasgow City Council Boss & Cocaine addict Steven Purcell, proceeded to threaten several media outlets & journalists over their reporting of the case, covered by Scottish Law Reporter HERE & HERE. The Purcell scandal caused some newspapers to ‘evaluate’ their relationship with Levy McRae, details of which were featured in a report here : HERE Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill worked at, has ties to same law firm used by then Lord Advocate Elish Angiolini in interdict case. As details of the case began to be reported in the wider press, it emerged the Scottish Justice Secretary, Kenny MacAskill had links toLEVY MCRAE, the law firm employed by the then Lord Advocate Elish Angiolini in legal action against Mr Green. Mr MacAskill has made no comment on the fact he served his apprenticeship at Levy McRae and also worked at the firm for a considerable time during his years as a solicitor before he entered politics, while he is thought to have backed Dame Angiolini in her actions at the time. The revelations were reported by Scottish Law Reporter at the time, HERE. The Crown Office have consistently REFUSED to respond to Freedom of Information requests asking for details of how much public money was spent on legal representation for the then Lord Advocate Elish Angiolini. However, earlier today sources close to the Crown Office condemned the huge cost of the operation against Mr Green on the single breach of the peace charge, claiming the level of expenditure by multiple public bodies & law enforcement was unsustainable & unjustified for a simple breach of the peace. Legal observers have speculated that former Lord Advocate now Dame Elish Angiolini will be appearing as a witness for the Crown given her role in bringing the interdicts against Mr Green when hearings finally get underway. However the Judge sitting in the case, Sheriff Principal Bowen has stated that he will no longer be involved in the trial once a new date is set. When the next hearing takes place on Monday 21st November, it is to be held specifically to deal with Procurator Fiscal McGowan`s request to be allowed back to court to continue as prosecutor in the case.Reshaping the International Order – a review

Fed up? Had enough of Government spending all your money on useless and crazy schemes? Pissed off with all the regulation and rules? Even more pissed off with the level of punitive taxes and fines?
Let me explain what its all about.
Governments are no longer about looking after the best interests of their people. Rights are no longer about protecting the people from their governments.
No, now its about globalised interdependence, making sure that no one Nation State can support and survive on its own, being dependent upon a host of other states for fuel, food, energy, human resource, defence and money. Its about the destruction of Nation States and the creation of unelected supranational governments and institutions. The post democratic age.
The increase in military style policing at home is not to protect you, but to keep you very much in your place as this change advances. Ironic really as we fight overseas wars all in the name of exporting democracy to the great unwashed in order to keep our military structures fully occupied whilst this revolution takes place.
The planning for this has been a long time in the making, the execution of the changes have taken just as long. The continued use of false flag exercises and political Problem/Reaction/Solution events to gain a further rung up the planning ladder, year by year, decade by decade has taken us to the point where the values, beliefs and spirit that our forefathers fought and died for are nearly exhausted.

Got that! Come up with the idea, formulate the policy, then find enough bits of scientific evidence to fit the bill, then rubbish everything else, recruit masses of eco warriors to sell the story to, massive publicity, close down debate. All made up!!!
We saw this type of methodology in action a little closer to home with the sacking of Prof. Nutt by Alan Johnson when he was Home Secretary, quoting in his letter “I cannot have public confusion between scientific advice and policy”. The madness of Chris Bryant follows the same footsteps, the policy must be followed.
Its the policy bit that I am concerned with here, for instance the policy with regards to Global warming has long been laid out by the Club of Rome in their publications RIO: Reshaping the International Order, 1976, along with other global mechanisms designed to scam the public over money, food and energy etc, and install a regime of Global governance.
Not all the time-lines have matched the original plan, but there is no doubt that all is still very much on the agenda.

Generations of kids all over the world are being ‘educated’ into believing that this Communitarian utopia, this Communist/Fascist hybrid global governance is OK, that this is the change we have all been waiting for!

A report, authored by German MEP Klaus-Heiner Lehne, was passed by the European Parliament in Strasbourg on November 15th, and has been forwarded to the European Commission and the Council of Ministers, clearing the way for the measure to be put into legislative format.
