With Perry gone, who will Trilaterals choose now?

After a con tentious GOP debate on November 9, Gov. Rick Perry all but killed his chances for fur ther headway in the 2012 race. His momen tous gaffe of not remem bering the names of the three gov ern ment agen cies he would “axe” is being pro claimed the worst self-inflicted defeat during any debate in modern history.

On behalf of the global elite then, who is left in the race to take Perry’s place as the “chosen one?”

Herman Cain and Mitt Romney.

The Center for Respon sive Pol i tics has released cam paign con tri bu tions from the leading 5 global U.S. banks: Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase and Cit i group. Romney has col lected $813,300 com pared to only $105,719 for the rest of the GOP can di dates com bined. Enough said about Romney.

Herman Cain has received a pit tance from the same banks, but a recently dis cov ered pic ture reveals Cain in a private break fast meeting with Henry Kissinger. This is dis turbing. For all the rhetoric about Cain not being con nected to the “estab lish ment,” this paints another picture.

In short, it seems that Cain would be per fectly accept able to the global elite crowd. (Remember, Kissinger was a founding member of the Tri lat eral Com mis sion in 1973)

In apparent direct oppo si tion to the Tri lat eral elite is Gov. Buddy Roemer, a GOP Pres i den tial can di date who has little time left to make an impres sion. Under scoring cor rup tion in Wash ington, Roemer will not accept dona tions greater than $100. Pre sum ably, this will make him “free to lead” because he will not be beholding to lob byist money. Sec ondly, Roemer is touting an anti-free trade posi tion that would remove the U.S. from the World Trade Orga ni za tion and repeal bad trade treaties like NAFTA and CAFTA. Any of these actions would slap the Tri lat eral Com mis sion elites right across their face.

There are three Roemer web sites that you can take a look at: the Main Cam paign Site, Free to Lead and Amer i cans for Roemer.
