As Americans start the new year, they face a new Obamacare tax – that’s scheduled double in 2013 -- will kick in to fund “comparative effectiveness research” that will supposedly help the government save money by finding ways to ration healthcare. Critics of Obamacare are up in arms over this since Obama promised his new health care program wouldn't cost American citizens "a dime.....

Ouch! I just tripped over the shattered pieces of the US Constitution again and sprained my ankle.
