According to a Pakistani media report, a key member of the Hamburg Cell which carried out the 9/11 attacks, is based in the Pakistani tribal district of North Waziristan, where a number of White Western jihadists are led by two German brothers.
A Pakistani newspaper, which reported the presence of Saeed Bahaji (the member of Hamburg Cell who fled to Pakistan just before 9/11) in North Waziristan, cited Pakistani and Western diplomats for its source.
The report also cited a February 2012 video by German militants warning attacks in Germany and noting:"Jihad in Germany is only a matter of time."
Following are excerpts from the report:
"[Saeed] Bahaji, Who is Accused of Aiding and Helping the 9/11 Suicide Pilots, Fled Germany on September 4, 2011, a Week Before the Attacks"
"One of the last remaining members of Al-Qaeda's Hamburg Cell, which had carried out the 9/11 terrorist attacks in the U.S., is operating from North Waziristan and managing the media production wing of Al-Qaeda…"

In New Audio, IMU Spokesman Praises Muhammad Merah

On April 5, 2012, the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan (IMU) released a recorded message by its German spokesman, Mounir Chouka, also known as Abu Adam Al-Almani, in which he praised the actions of Toulouse killer Muhammad Merah, calling him "the Knight of Toulouse".
The following is a summary of his message:
5907.jpg
Abu Adam expresses joy over the news that came from Toulouse, which "shook the Western world," saying that it made him and his comrades so happy that all their sorrow went away. He praises Merah for acting on his faith, and adds that, thanks to his courage, Merah turned southern France into the arena of his personal jihad and fought like a true mujahid. The attacks, he proclaims, were the highest expression of obedience to Allah, for which Merah was granted martyrdom.

Letter on Internet Threatens Toulouse-Like Attacks in Heart of Berlin If Germany Does Not Release German Jihadi Filiz Gelowicz

On April 5, 2012, an open letter, addressed to German Chancellor Angela Merkel, was published on the blogging website WordPress. The letter threatened that if Germany did not take the opportunity it had been granted by Al-Qaeda in the Maghreb (AQIM) to release German jihadi Filiz Gelowicz, aka Umm Saif Allah Al-Ansariyya, in exchange for a German citizen it had taken captive in Nigeria,[1] it could expect attacks in the heart of Berlin akin to those carried out by Muhammad Merah in Toulouse, France.
It should be noted that the letter appears to have been posted by a female blogger named "Rima," and was reposted on the jihadi forum Al-Fida' on April 10.
Following are excerpts from the communiqué:

Umm Saif Allah Al-Ansariyya
"This letter is [directed] personally to the old woman of Germany, [Chancellor Angela] Merkel, [who must] learn a lesson from what happened in France, reconsider her relations with the Muslimummah, and immediately release the pure Umm Saif Allah Al-Ansariyya – before another Muhammad Merah surprises her, only [this time] in the heart of Berlin.

Saudi Preacher Urges Muslims to Wage Armed Jihad to Free German Jihadi Filiz Gelowicz

4646a.jpg
On March 14, 2012, Saudi poet and preacher Hafiz bin 'Ajab Al-Dawsari devoted a sermon to Filiz Gelowicz, an imprisoned German jihad supporter and wife of Fritz Gelowicz, a German convert from the "Sauerland Cell," which allegedly plotted attacks in Germany on behalf of the Islamic Jihad Union in 2007. In his sermon, Al-Dawsari urged Muslims to come to her aid – with donations, but also with weapons, if necessary. Using passionate and inflammatory language, Al-Dawsari repeated claims that she has been brutally mistreated in prison, and reminded his audience that freeing Muslim prisoners held by the "infidels" is a supreme religious duty.

AQIM Demands Release of Jihadi Filiz Gelowicz from German Prison in Exchange for Kidnapped German Citizen

The Mauritanian news agency Nouakchott reported that it had received a statement signed by Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (Al-Qaeda in North Africa, AQIM) in which the group claimed responsibility for the kidnapping of German citizen Edgar Fritz Raupach, an engineer who disappeared in Nigeria on January 25, 2012. The statement was accompanied by a video clip of Raupach dated March 18, 2012, that was posted on YouTube by Nouakchott.
The clip, 1:40 in duration, shows Raupach in front of his captors. Speaking in German and English, he identifies himself as an engineer who worked in Kano, Nigeria, where he was kidnapped. The video was produced by the AQIM media company Al-Andalus.
Both the statement and video were released by Nouakchott prior to their official release on Al-Qaeda forums online.
In the statement, AQIM said that it would free Raupach only in exchange for the release of German jihadi Filiz Gelowicz, who is currently imprisoned in Germany. It warned against any attempt to free Raupach by force, and noted the fate of British citizen Chris McManus and Italian citizen Franco Lamolinara, who were recently killed by the Nigerian rebel group Boko Haram in a failed rescue mission.
Following is a translation of the statement:

"We have heard of the tragedy of the wronged Muslim sister Um Sayfullah Al-Ansariyya, [aka] Filiz Gelowicz, in the prisons of the crusader Germans. We were saddened, as was every free Muslim, by the credible information of her maltreatment [including] the forced removal of her hijab, abuse of her honor by cursing, beatings, and deprivation of the most basic rights.

German IMU Spokesman in New Message Incites Western Muslims to Carry Out Terror Attacks: 'Only Justification for Living among Infidels is to Terrorize Them'

On March 9, 2012, the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan's (IMU) media company Jundullah Studios released a new audio message from its German spokesman, Yassin Chouka, also known as Abu Ibrahim Al-Almani, in which he praised noted "lone-wolf" attackers and called upon Muslims living in the West to emulate these attacks.
Abu Ibrahim, who was recently declared a wanted international terrorist by the U.S. under Executive Order 13324, spoke with decisive defiance, marking what seems to be an escalation in the IMU's rhetoric. In the message, titled "Yes, We Are Terrorists!" Abu Ibrahim vowed to kill all those serving Obama's interests, and proudly identified himself and like-minded members of the global jihad movement as terrorists, taking pride in their terrorization of the West in the decade since 9/11. He encouraged Muslims living in the West to carry out attacks against "the infidels," as there was no religious justification for living in their lands other than carrying out such actions.
It should be noted that this theme, i.e., the encouragement of lone-wolf attacks, has become a major theme for Al-Qaeda in recent years, one which its spokesmen and leaders have repeated in numerous messages and propaganda publications.
Following are excerpts of Abu Ibrahim's message:
4644.jpg
Abu Ibrahim begins his message by criticizing what he considers the hypocrisy of the Western powers, who he says label their foes terrorists while viewing their own war as a fight for freedom: "We are called terrorists. Very well."

German Islamist Group Millatu Ibrahim and Its Extremist Agenda

The following report is an overview of the activities and ideology of Millatu Ibrahim (MI), an extremist Islamist group operating in Germany.

In late 2011, German Islamists received a major boost with the arrival in Germany of Austrian-born Islamist Muhammad Mahmoud, of Egyptian origin, also known as Abu Osama Al-Gharib. In September 2011, Mahmoud was released from an Austrian prison, having served a four-year sentence for his involvement in the Al-Qaeda affiliated jihadi media company Global Islamic Media Front (GIMF).
Once in Germany, Mahmoud teamed up with local Islamists and formed an extremist group, calling it Millatu Ibrahim ("The Religious Community of Ibrahim") after a book of the same name by Abu Muhammad Al-Maqdisi. The name hints both at the group's veneration of Al-Maqdisi and at its espousal of the book's main theme, namely the principle of al-wala' wal bara', or loyalty to true Muslims and repudiation and disavowal of unbelievers.
Interestingly, Muhammad Mahmoud himself has received a personal endorsement from a prominent member of the shari'a committee of Minbar Al-Tawhid Wal Jihad (MTJ), Al-Maqdisi's Salafi-jihadi website.
