The European Parliament celebrates the 10th anniversary of the euro. Nigel Farage intervenes with a comparison with the old Soviet times and a quick diagnosis of the euro.

NOTE: It was Alain Lipietz MEP (Greens) who, during the same debate, described ECB president Jean-Claude Trichet and Economic and Monetary commissioner Joaquín Almunia as Europe's Bernanke and Paulson.

  • I am so going to move to England! I cant believe I never heard of Nigel Farage before, he's a hero! As a dutch citizen I too voted against this political, delusional, ideology nut obviously my vote was in vain. We should abandon this sinking ship as soon as possible!

  • Nigel is the only man talking any sense on the airwaves , but because the BBC is left wing biased and pro EU he doesn't get airtime. When he does the British people will see how right he was and maybe finally the worm will turn and we can get out of Europe before it drags us all down with it together.
