"Some people view Syria as a passageway for the resistance, as a bridge connecting the resistance with Iran – with respect to both Lebanon and Palestine. It is true. Allow me to say, however, that Syria is more than that. It is not merely a bridge, but a true cornerstone of the resistance, not only in the political, popular, or social sense, or in terms of morale, but on the military level as well."
