Israel Radio Arab Affairs analyst Eran Zinger reported during the noon news magazine program that Egypt has deployed anti-aircraft and anti-tank missiles near Israel’s border in Egyptian Sinai without Israel’s permission#
Such equipment is prohibited in the area according to the Egypt-Israel peace treaty.
“Egypt is trying to change the situation in Sinai,” Zinger noted.Zinger also pointed to reports that the FSA in Syria is being armed with anti-aircraft Stinger missiles, warning that this equipment can also ultimately serve to threaten Israel.
