"We now know", he says, "that the chances these extreme weather events would have happened naturally - without climate change - is negligible". But, given that the climate models were predicting hot dry summers, and we've had a cool, exceptionally wet summer (see above pic – yesterday in Yorkshire) with even the limpiks being soaked, can we assume that we're excused global warming?
