Guido infiltrated the Conservative Friends of Russia launch party on Tuesday, revealing how lobbyists, wonks and vodka-glugging Tories mingled at the Russian Embassy in Kensington Palace Gardens. Tory MP Greg Hands then let slip to Guido that the government had borrowed £600 million by accident, so it was a pleasant surprise when the invite for a rebel Tory party conference found its way to Guido's inbox. But will there be a reshuffle before the real thing?
