King Idris of Libya had his currency struck with his image on the coins,

he was deposed and killed over this act by his people who followed the Prophet.

It is sad that the Queen feels she cannot openly state her concern for her subjects. Why should it be embarrassing or damaging for the Queen of England to be concerned about a bloody nutter not being arrested?
Not only should she be one of the first to demand safety for her subjects, she should have the power to arrest and detain people she considers a danger to her, her subjects and to the country.
I am actually disappointed that the only time she appears to open her hole in public it is only to keep her little perks going. She wasn't embarrassed about putting her view forward about keeping her head on stamps.
