Your financial support would be appreciated

It has been well over a year since I made an appeal for financial support.
As you can imagine managing this blog and my Daily Digest, searching for the best articles and writing my own and attending lectures and conferences in English articles is virtually a full time job.

In addition I have recently had to hire techies to solve severe problems in updated my software and correcting a serious slowdown in the number of emails/hr my mail program can send.
So if you appreciate the work I am doing, you might wish to show that appreciation by making a contribution.

The abolition of free speech

Frank Gaffney’s powerful new documentary, Silent Conquest, reveals the Obama administration’s war on the U.S. Constitution’s guarantee of freedom of speech and submission to stealth Jihad and Shariah.

Morsi is dedicated to advancing Islam, not Egyptians

Morsi’s actions and public statements demonstrate that he and the Muslim Brotherhood are committed to furthering the international Islamist agenda – not Egypt’s well-being. The Brotherhood’s main objectives are to restore a caliphate, drive the kuffars out of the Middle East and spread Islam to the rest of the world. Those who will not convert to Islam must, under shariah , accept second-class status.

While Egypt was unable to supply medicine to the victims of the crash at Assiut, it has sent millions of dollars worth of medicine to the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip. How about making sure the hospitals in Egypt have enough medicine to treat Egyptians? Morsi is not governing the country for the benefit of its citizens. He is using it as a platform to implement the objectives of the Muslim Brotherhood.
Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi fled the presidential palace in Cairo and returned, in the face of huge opposition to his attempt to turn his country into an Islamist state, but he is not out of the picture — not by a long shot.
Yes, some police officers have sided with the protesters, but Morsi, (who will likely lay low for a while so as to not offend his political and financial patrons in the West), still has a huge base of support in the Muslim Brotherhood, which seeks to dominate the largest Arab country in the world. The Muslim Brotherhood, which has been on the sidelines of power since its founding in the 1920s, will stop at nothing to maintain its power. Credible reports indicate the organization has sent out teams of thugs to attack their secularist opponents in Tahrir Square and in front of presidential palace.

Fact-Checking Judea and Samaria Settlements

Ambassador (ret.) Yoram Ettinger, “Second Thought”
“Israel Hayom”, December 7, 2012, http://bit.ly/RGJpjJ
1.  Judea and Samaria (Jewish roots) or West Bank (Arab roots)?
“Judea” (?????) is the origin of the term “Jew” (?????). Its Hebrew spelling combines one of God’s names: Jehova (????) and one of God’s acronyms: ?’. Judea and Samaria are the cradle of Jewish history, religion, culture, holidays, ethos, language and yearnings. The official name of the area was Judea and Samaria from Biblical times until April, 1950when Jordan occupied/annexed the area, renaming it West Bank, as distinguished from the east bank of the Jordan River.  Judea and Samaria was the official name used by the 1922-1948 British Mandate of Palestine, as well as by the UN.

Kedar: Israel ‘Knows How to Deal With Syrian Chemical Threat’

It is my belief that Israel will knock out all WMD depots in Syria, sooner rather than later. There are reports that Hezbollah are guarding he sites and that sarin gas is being installed on missiles. Regardless, Israel con’t afford to have such weapons fall into the hands of anyone after Assad falls as happened in Libya with conventional weapons. Ted Belman

Patriot Missile Battery
As the Syria raises the stakes over its chemical weapons, an Israeli military intelligence expert says measures are being taken to minimize the threat.
Lt. Col. (res.) Mordechai Kedar, a lecturer at Bar Ilan University and a 25-year veteran of military intelligence says actions are quietly being taken to deal with the potential threat posed by Syria’s chemical arsenal.
The U.S. said earlier this week that its intelligence had detected Syrian technicians had mixed precursor chemicals for the deadly nerve gas called sarin. The process took place at two storage sites, according to at least one report, and sources said the chemical may have been loaded into aerial bombs or artillery shells. (Read more…)

Montreal’s Debt to the Jews

By Joe King
The extraordinary debt of Montreal to its Jewish community has never been widely acknowledged but has been recognized by some of Canada’s most important personalities.
Jews began arriving – officially – in 1760 – when the city surrendered to General Amherst and three British armies were encamped before its battered walls. When the British rode into the city, four Jewish officers rode alongside the General: Emanuel de Cordova; Hananiel Garcia; Isaac Miranda and Aaron Hart – who stayed, and essentially was the founder of the Canadian Jewish community. (Read more…)

The true reason for Palestinian support

David Efune, Algeminer
The true reason why governments around the world are rushing to take the anti-Israel position was acknowledged in a moment of honesty from Australian Foreign Minister Bob Carr who, according to the Australian Herald Sun,explained his country’s United Nations vote for “Palestine” by saying, “I don’t apologize for the fact Australia has interests in the Arab world. If we had voted no that would have been a body blow to our interests in over 20 Arab countries. The truth is they all see this is as bedrock issue.”
At its bottom line, the international argument for halting Israeli building in East Jerusalem, upgrading the formal status of the Palestinian Authority and for limiting Israel’s operations against Hamas in Gaza is; because the Arab states don’t want it. (Read more…)
