Al Qaeda Building Underground Country in Mali
AQ's control of an African land belies the Obama administration's assertions that the terrorist group has been "decimated" by drone and other attacks. In fact, Al Qaeda has been degraded, not decimated.
Al Qaeda and the Taliban should have been destroyed in the immediate aftermath of the mega-attacks. Instead, the Bush administration merely dislodged the enemy.
