This guy is typical of apparachiks everywhere: change the language and you change the debate.
Well, he might, or it might just be too late now.
I sincerely hope its game over for these twerps.
Hopefully, the UK mood has changed enough to see off the EU forever in due course.
The risk is that the Tories are ousted and Labour just ignore the people.
We're too 'fat dumb and happy*' to revolt in that case - we'll whine but not actually do
anything about it.
But I digress.
These apparachiks don't understand that 'legitimate' is just a longer synonym for 'legal'.
Something lacking legitimacy is something that's ILLEGAL.
That's certainly true here: signing the 1973 treaty to join what became the EU WAS illegal -
it gave away our sovereignty, something that no parliament nor the monarch had the right
to do.
You can't make it legal by lying about it, nor by wining and dining MPs.
And no amount of lying changes the truth, either.
What scumbags rule over us!
