More on the Villains in Charge

Before the pathetic appointment of Baroness Ashton as the EU’s supremo for foreign affairs, Mario Borghezio, an Italian member of European Parliament, said on 10 November 2009 that potential future European ministers like Jan Peter Balkenende, David Miliband, and Herman Van Rompuy could be the candidates of the Bilderberg group and the Trilateral Commission, as well as the candidates of their home countries.

Next day, Herman Van Rompuy visited the Castle of the Valley of the Duchess, near Brussels, for a meeting held by Bilderberg group.  He made a speech about his vision for European governance. He explained that Europe should become federalist like the United States of America, and apply European Union-wide taxation.

A week later, Herman Van Rompuy was appointed the permanent head of the EU.  Nobody elected him.
