I understand he was in charge of a prison in England where some IRA prisoners escaped and because of that he was promoted rather than sacked and then in that position there was something else he was guilty of so he was promoted again to the position he has held 'till now and suspended because of letting all these illegal immigrants in!Apparantly in the Civil Service you are more likely to get prometed rather than sacked if you are no good at your job.It beggars belief, no wonder the country is in the poo?
