The question is

"Has anyone the right to crucify another human being

on the basis of belief alone ?"

No. Nor has anyone a right to hurt anyone on the basis of belief alone.  Nor has anyone the right to stop the freedom of speech - the preaching of the Gospel or the preaching of other gospels -
as an assault on freedom of speech is a straw in the wind that the country is heading toward a dictatorship.

Nor has anyone the right to silence the gospel on the basis that the telling of the Gospel story through words written or spoken constitutes "shoving it down our throats".   Given the UK pretends the Law to be founded on the basis of the Decalogue and the Gospel it is clear that the remnant of Christianity is still sticking in the throats of the enemies of Christ.
