San Bernardino County Supervisors honor those who saved Mojave Cross
The Mojave Cross was erected in 1934 by VFW Post 2884 to honor WWI veterans. It was ordered destroyed by the Riverside U.S. District Court in 2002 in an Establishment of Religion Clause legal attack by the ACLU......

My statement to the Texas Public Utility Commission
We are all victims of this new, jazzy technology. I've said it before and I will say it again: We are not against new technology. I feel blessed to live in a country where I can flip a switch and get heat in the winter and A/C in the summer. However, in their greed, power companies and the TDSPs in this state either ignored all the warnings or they simply don't care. I wasn't given the time to remark on a solution which would be fiber........
