LSVD appelliert an Bundestag und Bundesrat
LSVD-Sprecher Axel Hochrein warf dem Kabinett vor, "kaltschnäuzig" die Rechtsprechung des Bundesverfassungsgerichts und den Beschluss des Bundesrats zu ignorieren. "Was auch immer einzelne Politiker und Politikerinnen aus der Koalition noch versprechen mögen, es ist deutlich: Diese Regierung ist nicht fähig und nicht willens, auch nur einen kleinen weiteren Schritt in Richtung Gleichstellung zu gehen", sagte Hochrein. Nun müssten Bundestag und Bundesrat im weiteren Gesetzgebungsverfahren für eine Korrektur sorgen.
Der Bundesrat hatte insgesamt 40 Änderungswünsche zum Jahressteuergesetz 2013 formuliert. Nach Angaben der Ministeriumssprecherin wurde mit dem Kabinettsbeschluss 15 davon zugestimmt. Es handele sich vor allem um redaktionelle und technische Änderungen. Sieben Forderungen des Bundesrats seien zurückgewiesen worden. Die übrigen Wünsche der Länder würden nun ausführlich geprüft.
