Barack Obama spent the last 45 months blaming former President George W. Bush for the bad economy. And because he has no record of his own to run on, Obama will campaign for the next 60 days or so on the slogan "It's Bush's Fault." But is it? Granted the subprime mortgage industry, which caused the financial meltdown in the United States that was created on Bill Clinton's watch, collapsed on Bush-43's watch........
