We are working to expand our grassroots network and talking to activists in a number of areas about new branches. It is a brilliant opportunity to get involved in campaigns on local issues – like the workplace parking levy we stopped in Bristol – or national issues that affect families and businesses in your area. Just last month our activists across the country helped secure the abolition of the beer duty escalator by organising fun events to get more supporters putting pressure on their MP.

If you are interested in helping out with campaigns in your area, please let me know. Your involvement could make a real difference.
