Justice and Security BillMr R. W MP Worcester
I would very much appreciate your take on this appalling piece of legislation Mr Walker (see below). Do you fully endorse this fascism? Do you fully endorse the steam-rolling over centuries of safeguards against exactly this sort of fascism. This legislation is illegal and the state cannot, UNDER OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, disallow anyone from demanding trial by jury. I am afraid this could well be the final straw that tips many into taking the law into our own hands concerning the treatment of British subjects by this ever-repressive Parliament.

I am extremely concerned about the passing of the Justice and Security Bill which would appear to give the Government the power to arrest anyone for anything the Government deems to be an act against National Security. It would also appear to limit how they may legally represent themselves in court. This, I imagine, would include people who have reported past and present Government ministers to the police for treason even though the police have accepted and recorded the allegations and passed them to the MET.
This Bill is an act of outright treason and violates just about every Constitutional and Common Law our forefathers fought for to protect our country from this kind of despotic Government. It’s no good telling us that it is necessary in order to protect us from 'imagined' terrorists. When people give up their freedom for security they finish up with neither. The people of this country will not stand for it. Therefore if you intend to implement this Bill and arrest everyone who objects to it then you had better begin building some pretty big concentration camps to contain them – or do they already exist?
