(AGI) - Berlin, Apr 22 - Eurozone members "need to accept the fact that in certain cases Europe should have the last word," German Chancellor Angela Merkel said. During a conference sponsored by Deutsche Bank attended by Polish counterpart Donald Tusk, Merkel said "We act as if we want common solutions when on the brink, but as soon as the pressure eases we all go our separate ways." Merkel also argued that relinquishing sovereignty on specific aspects of policy is pre-requisite to "building Europe." Tusk, for his part, warned of the "dangers" that go with other members' perception of Germany trying to force its model on the bloc.
