According to The New York Times, Iran-backed North Korean threats to attack South Korea and the United States with nuclear weapons merely "complicate" nuclear negotiations with Iran.

The paper's notion of fair and accurate reporting and analysis is to ignore Iran's nuclear/missile project partnership with North Korea--Iranians have attended and probably helped to pay for every North Korean nuclear and major missile test--and to play up the views of appeasement and engagement (collaboration) advocates.
