The Sexual Foundation of Islamic Terrorism

I was recently reminded of a “politically incorrect” fact about Islam.
Few students of Islam—not even Bernard Lewis, the Dayan Islamic
scholars—have commented on a most significant and even lethal
consequence of the Islamic religion or culture: that it allows Muslim
males to have many wives, perhaps ten.
This liberal matrimonial practice precludes Muslim men from marrying
nine Muslim women. The result is acute frustration of countless Muslim
men—men who belong to a culture that admires male sexuality as a
social and religious virtue. This superfluity of frustrated males
makes it easy to recruit Muslim terrorists, especially suicide bombers
promised 72 virgins in Paradise.☼
