LETTER TO THE DAILY MAIL:

Sir,

If David Cameron goes to Russia he could well be arrested and sent to jail.

That is because Vladimir Putin's Government (unanimously by parliamentary vote) has passed a law which makes "any propaganda in favour of non traditional sexual relations" or campaigning for "same sex marriage" illegal. It is also against the law to promote the idea that traditional and non traditional (ie homosexual) relationships are of a "socially equal nature".

Those guilty of such activities (like Mr Cameron and his Government) would be liable to prison terms of up to 3 years and a fine of up to £20,000.

It is nice to know that somewhere Mr Cameron's disgraceful destruction of marriage will be punished.

Yours etc
