'British Foreign Office has warned Spain against exerting pressure on the British-ruled Gibraltar after Madrid said “the party is over” for the disputed area.
Spain’s Foreign Minister Jose Garcia Margallo made the remarks in the wake of new tensions between Spain and Britain over the tiny territory at the southern end of Spain. The Gibraltar government complained to the European Union after Spanish border officers caused delays of up to six hours for cars trying to enter Spain, carrying out searches on vehicles.'
