Berg's Lawsuit Against Obama Dismissed

American Thinker opined:If anyone can show me where Obama has been asked to prove he is a "natural born citizen" of the United States and done so, I would be grateful. So far as I know, no official body has received such proof in the form of an officially generated and certified Hawaiian certificate of live birth.

A Federal judge has dismissed the Pennsylvania attorney's lawsuit challenging Barack Obama's Constitutional eligibility to be President of the United States. But the lawyer, Philip Berg, said he will appeal the decision to the US Supreme Court. A former deputy attorney general of Pennsylvania, Berg is licensed to try cases before the Court.
