Democrats Enraged by Low Oil Prices

Environmental extremists and other self-loathing Democrats have a problem: oil prices are too low.
The green fascists, who hate oil--all oil, regardless of where it is produced--fear oil could fall to $20 a barrel and stay low for years.
The greens want high oil prices--the higher the better--to justify their anti-energy schemes, dreams, and scams.
Meanwhile, lower oil prices have been the one bright spot in a horrible economy. Gasoline, which peaked above $4 a gallon last summer, now sells for $1.94 on average. The drop has saved consumers billions of dollars.

It is no accident that The Real IRA killed two British soldiers in Northern Ireland hours before they were to fly to Afghanistan. Intelligence sources say the republican splinter group has ties to Islamist terrorist organizations.
The timing of Saturday's attack by The Real IRA was therefore meant to serve as a sort of gift to the group's Middle Eastern allies.
In related news, The Real IRA is believed to be responsible for the killing of a police officer in Northern Ireland late on Monday. The officer was shot dead just hours after Prime Minister Gordon Brown of Great Britain said that the killing of two British soldiers on Saturday would not derail the peace process
The officer was killed while on patrol in Craigavon, about 25 miles southwest of Belfast, the capital of Northern Ireland, a police spokeswoman said.
The Real IRA, also known as Óglaigh na hÉireann, was born in October 1997, after splitting from the main IRA over the latter's willingness to participate in the peace process.
It was opposed to the dismantling of republican arsenals--a key demand of the Good Friday pact--which its members regarded as a betrayal of the republican cause.
The Real IRA's political wing is the hardline 32 County Sovereignty Movement that emerged from a split within the IRA's political wing Sinn Fein, which now sits in the Northern Ireland government.

One of the most influential United States Senators, the cowardly and corrupt, Jew-hating, pro-Palestinian Patrick Leahy of Vermont, a Democrat, has basically praised Palestinian Islamist terrorists. Leahy compared them to his oppressed Irish ancestors who were "hunted because they wouldn't renounce their religion" and concluding: "Thank goodness the United States had open arms for them."
Leahy, a slavish supporter of pro-Palestinian President Barack Obama, told an interviewer: "You know, I have to think back -- I read about my family 150 years or so [ago] when they came to Vermont, on my father's side, the Irish. I'm sure we had a law like this in place; it is questionable whether they could have come in. The Irish were fighting to keep their land. If they were fighting to keep their rights, fighting for the ability to vote, and they live[d] in what is now the republic of Ireland, they were considered terrorists."
Given the support and sympathy that American Jews have historically shown for Ireland's struggle for independence--and the cooperation between Irish and Jewish underground freedom fighters in Palestine in the days of the British Mandate--this lifelong American Zionist and lover of Irish culture says: Drop dead, Patrick Leahy! May you burn in hell with the clerical fascists and mass-murdering bastards you so admire.

EDITOR'S NOTE: Phony Liberal Leahy should take a long, hard look at his own state--where dairy farming would die overnight, literally, if exploitation of illegal immigrants from Latin America were to end. Not one Vermont dairy farm could survive one day without the poorly paid labor of illegal aliens. They live in sub-human conditions, afraid to show their (darker skinned) faces and shop in towns and villages. Vermont is a fraud--like Leahy.

China's unprecedented harassment of an unarmed U.S. Navy ship in the South China Sea was clearly meant as a warning to the United States to refrain from shooting down North Korea's long-range missile when it is launched later this month.
