Editor's Note

This year's Budget was always going to be a tricky one, but who knew Darling had so little stashed away in his red box? 

Naturally we were bamboozled with Budget Notes, but luckily our experts are on hand to provide some handy summaries of all the key measures. Check out Budget Zone for more. 

One of the most interesting parts of the week for me has been gauging the experts' reactions, as well as those of the community. Many people have been very open about their disappointment. 

Probably my favourite part of the week was when David Cameron called Labour 'the government of the living dead' - it's ironic considering there have been several vampires on his bench in the past!
