Montana has passed a bill and the Democrat governor sign the bill which basically says that if a gun is made in Montana, bought in the state and stays in the state the federal government has no authority to regulate.
At least two other states have introduce similar bills Texas and Utah.
The Utah assemblyman who sponsered the bill in his state has started a group called the Patrick Henry Caucus to have such groups in all 50 state legislators to challenge federal authority on unconstitutional federal legislation and regulation.
You can go to the groups website at the patrickhenrycaucus.org click on You Tube to go directly to the Glen Beck interviews of both the Utah and Texas Assemblyman, Judge Napolitino and Randy Barnett.
The Judge also brings the subject up on his Fox Network Show Freedom Watch in an interview with Ron Paul, Lew Rockwell and a Conservative member of the British House Of Commons ( the guy who told the truth to Gordon Brown right in his face).
