IT procurement after the EDS ruling When a court ruled this year that IT supplier EDS should pay BSkyB at least £270 million for fraudulently claiming it could meet deadlines when it couldn't, it sent a shockwave through the industry. But what can suppliers and customers of IT learn from this case? We have been helping companies with IT procurement since the 1980s.
