Trading of Over the Counter Gold and Silver To Be Illegal Beginning July 15

'We wanted to make you aware of some upcoming changes to FOREX.com’s product offering. As a result of the Dodd-Frank Act enacted by US Congress, a new regulation prohibiting US residents from trading over the counter precious metals, including gold and silver, will go into effect on Friday, July 15, 2011.

In conjunction with this new regulation, FOREX.com must discontinue metals trading for US residents on Friday, July 15, 2011 at the close of trading at 5pm ET. As a result, all open metals positions must be closed by July 15, 2011 at 5pm ET.'

'As far as we can discern the US Treasury thus far has spent and borrowed about $100 billion from the federal pension accounts. Unless there is a vote on the cash debt extension prior to August 2nd, government will probably have borrowed some $250 billion to $300 billion. The Treasury is paying virtually no interest on this debt. Three-month Treasury bills are currently yielding zero percent. Our question is how will the funds be generated to fulfill the Treasury’s obligation to the pension fund? What happens if on August 2nd if legislation is not passed? Does this go on forever? How Lords on the EU Payroll Blocked Europe Referendum

'A ‘shameful’ alliance of former Eurocrat peers who get EU pensions of up to £100,000 a year – which they have not disclosed in the UK Parliament – were criticised last night for sabotaging an attempt by the Coalition to curb the power of Brussels.

An all-party clique of ‘big beast’ politicians and diplomats, many of whom have held lucrative posts in Europe, inflicted a series of defeats on the Government’s EU Bill in the Lords in the past two weeks by just a handful of votes.

The defeats to the legislation, designed to guarantee British voters a referendum on any further loss of sovereignty, have been achieved by a small but powerful group of peers with lucrative Brussels pensions and retired mandarins paid large sums to work at the EU.'

'Steve McIntyre has uncovered a blunder on the part of Pachauri and the IPCC that is causing waves of doubt and calls for retooling on both sides of the debate. In a nutshell, the IPCC made yet another inflated claim that: 80 percent of the world‘s energy supply could be met by renewables by mid-century…

Bailed Out RBS Shuts Three Care Homes to Save £1.3m... But Boss Who Earns FIVE Times as Much Won't Take Pay Cut

'The Royal Bank of Scotland has been criticised over plans to close all three of its charitable care homes – just months after its chief executive pocketed a £7.7 million pay package.

The bank, which was bailed out with more than £40 billion of taxpayers’ money during the financial crisis, says the homes ran up total losses of £1.3 million in the last financial year. RBS also claims the homes are under-occupied and that the properties are no longer suitable.

But staff have warned that the trauma of moving could kill some of the 40 frail residents, the eldest of whom is 105.'

'Son of Star Wars' Base in Yorkshire Finally Ready to Open

'A "star wars" inspired defence shield that will alert the US to the launch of ballistic missiles is expected to be operational from a North Yorkshire airbase before the end of the year.

The Space Based Infrared System is seen as the successor to Ronald Reagan's unrealised "star wars" programme, which would have detected Soviet missiles and shot them down using lasers.

The new system, which has cost more than $10bn, has taken almost two decades to build and has been subject to numerous delays and cost overruns. The imminent completion of the project at the RAF Menwith Hill base near Harrogate has revived fears that space is in danger of becoming militarised, with Britain in the vanguard.'

The Chinese Government Is Buying Up Economic Assets And Huge Tracts Of Land All Over The United States

'In 2011, America is for sale and the communist Chinese are eager buyers. The Chinese government is using sovereign wealth funds and Chinese state-owned enterprises to buy up economic assets and huge tracts of land all over the United States. Many of our politicians hail all of this “foreign investment” as something that is “good for America”, while many others see something much more sinister going on here. In any event, this is a trend that is rapidly accelerating and that is causing great concern among patriotic Americans.

In my recent article entitled “China Wants To Construct A 50 Square Mile Self-Sustaining City South Of Boise, Idaho“, I examined a potential deal that Sinomach (a company controlled by the Chinese government) wants to do with the government of Idaho. There will be more on this deal in a minute.'

NATO Preparing Ground War in Libya



Turkey to Host NATO Ground Forces

'Amid ongoing deadly unrest in Syria, NATO plans to turn its airbase in Turkey into a stronghold for the US-led military alliance's ground forces.

The alliance would transfer its ground forces from a military base in the city of Heidelberg in southwestern Germany and another outpost in Spain to the Izmir Air Station in western Turkey, Journal of Turkish Weekly reported earlier in the month. The base, NATO's oldest stronghold in Turkey, currently accommodates 400 operational and technical forces.'

US Accused of Robbing Iraqi Oil Money

'In an official letter to the UN office in Baghdad last month, the Iraqi Parliament's Integrity Committee solicited the body's help to recover the missing fortune, which was taken from the Development Fund of Iraq (DFI) in the bedlam following the 2003 US-led invasion of the oil-rich country.

"All indications are that the institutions of the United States of America committed financial corruption by stealing the money of the Iraqi people, which was allocated to develop Iraq, (and) that it was about $17 billion," the letter was reported by Reuters as reading.

Earlier in June, US auditors warned as much as 6.6 billion dollars in Iraqi reconstruction funds may have been stolen in "the largest theft of funds in national history." The audit, by Special Inspector General for Iraqi Reconstruction Stuart Bowen, blamed the Pentagon for not keeping track of the funds, antiwar.com reported on June 14.'

Video Exposing Google Chief Schmidt Censored by You Tube

'Google-owned You Tube has sensationally censored a video clip showing Eric Schmidt at the 2011 Bilderberg Group conference, by removing the “honors” associated with the Alex Jones Channel and preventing the clip from going viral, while You Tube has also threatened to terminate the account altogether after baseless accusations of racism were made against an Obama Joker video for the second time.

Google chief Eric Schmidt betrayed his notorious disregard for online privacy in 2009 when he told CNBC, “If you have something that you don’t want anyone to know, maybe you shouldn’t be doing it in the first place.”'
