Well now. What price our Common Law Constitution now? Working for YOU.

This is the last and only chance that our Members of Parliament that YOU voted for (whether Labour, Libdem or Conservative), to speak FOR YOU and on your behalf in our once sovereign House of Commons. I pray they do indeed "speak" for you. Yes, and I supposed we do still contribute to their pay and vast expenses that so many once "took advantage" of through our taxes. At least, they could speak for us now Oh, if only they would?

We, the people have a duty to the Crown and our Country, for they like us swear a solemn, faithful and true Oath of Allegiance to our British Crown, and through the Crown to all the people in this once free land. I deliberately say "free" because so many died in the last war fighting for that FREEDOM yet not so long after that terrible War one Edward Heath ratified the Treaty of Rome with the assurance that in so doing, this Country, this Nation, would not lose any essential Sovereignty (authority). Now, after the Treaty of Lisbon, we have very little, if any 'Sovereignty' left, for even our own once Sovereign Government has to obey EU Laws like the rest of us. Some people, still do not understand that each of the three major Political Parties ALL want to remain in and be governed by foreigners, yet this is absolutely Contrary to our Constitution. Many people have tried to bring charges of Treason because of their Politicians actions, yet even the judges have to bear in mind the EU Treaties ratified, yet not one British person out-side on Parliament has had any say on the ratification of one EU Treaty.

People have even been told at times, that there is no Constitution, that is was repealed years ago. We do not indeed have a written Constitution and our Constitution cannot be changes easily if at all. It has just been ignored. Should a new Bill of rights, as is proposed, be written “just especially for us”, and no doubt a referendum will be given then for the people to accept it, it should be recognised that in the doing of THAT, they people may have destroyed their own Bill of Rights and maybe even Magna Carta-the envy of the World, and only to find when that deed is done-the EU will have “Competence” over them all. DEED DONE!

However, because this present Government wants to alter the Act of Succession because they do not like “discrimination”, we suddenly find our Constitution is fully in tact because this Government has written to members of the Commonwealth with a view to their acceptance of altering our Common law Constitution. The people of this Country however would tell this Government in no way may any alteration be made to their Common law Constitution without the people's consent here in the United Kingdom too. These are just part of our Common Law Constitution that would have to be altered. I am also mindful that some Countries may decide to pull out of the Commonwealth, losing those valuable friends that have fought along side us in our "hour of need" and without doubt there will indeed come a time when even the people in this Government will regret bitterly what between them, they have taken part in, in the last few months as well of the coming months.

This is from the Government’s own Paper, “To bring about changes to the law would be a complex and controversial undertaking, raising major constitutional issues which would involve the amendment or repeal of a number of pieces of related legislation. Legislation that would need to be reviewed includes the Bill of Rights 1688, the Coronation Oath Act 1688, the Union with Scotland Act 1707, the Princess Sophia's Precedence Act 1711—I hope no one will intervene on that one—the Royal Marriages Act 1772, the Union with Ireland Act 1800, the Accession Declaration Act 1910, and the Regency Act 1937. I recognise that my noble friend's Bill deals with obvious aspects of the Union with Scotland Act and, indeed, the parallel Union with England Act of the pre-Union Scottish Parliament, but it has not addressed any of the issues raised by the other Acts to which I have referred.” The Act of Succession 1543. The Act of Settlement 1700 and the Act of Unions, all reinforced by the provisions of theCoronation Oath Act 1680 and the Accession Declaration Act 1910. All this allegedly because of the Act of Succession and alleged discrimination re those that have accepted with grace the ancient Common Law Constitution.

Or is there really a deeper meaning to all of this because I also remember when certain Treason Acts were repealed in FULL at the end of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 instead of just the ‘death by hanging’ which should have allegedly been repealed. This “error”, and I have never known such “carelessness” ever before in the House of Lords, has never been rectified, and never, to the best of my knowledge even been mentioned at all since.

So, I ask again was there then and is there still a deeper meaning to all of this even now? However, Treason remains a criminal offence under the Treason Acts of 1351, 1702, and 1842, and the Treason Felony Act 1848”. The 1795 Treason Act was last used by Rodney Atkinson and the late Norris McWhirter in the Misprison of Treason case at Hexham (Northumberland) Magistrates Court 9th September 1993. It was obviously the right Treason Act to use for the number of charges placed before the Court at that time, and would remain so now if still “active”, and perhaps that was the reason it was removed from the Statute book. I do not think I am alone on that thought.

The most obvious one questionable to say the least is attempting to hinder the succession to the throne of the rightful owner through male succession as laid down in our Common Law Constitution which does come under the Treason Acts (The Treason Act 1702) too, along with the Bill of Rights 1689 and the Act of Settlement 1701. The male line of succession is very clear indeed and has always been so and accepted as such. In getting these acts out of the way, is the passage to complete and total European Union becoming in sight, is the matter clearer? Why alter or ‘repeal in full by accident’ for succession, to the throne when the Monarch plays no part except in opening Parliament? Even the recent five-year term of Parliament removes the Monarch’s hand in being asked for permission to close Parliament. Is the real reason becoming clearer? The only ones that may have a grudge are those in the Royal Family and none of us have heard any one of them speak out loud and clear. The male side may object and want to preserve the Constitution and the long tradition of the Royal Family as it stands at present. They have a good case for objecting as do we, the people.

At the EU's insistence through legislation, our Government is implementing the EU's Localism Bill which introduces yet another very expensive layer of Governance that this Country has never had before and does not want it and cannot afford. (The first very expensive layer of Governance is of course, the European Union itself through our billions of pounds in Contribution). The UK Government is reducing its MP's by 50. That is not enough for if they continue to remain in the EU, we will not even want 50 MP's left, for the EU can Govern this Country through its EU Regions.

From what I have recently come across and yes I could hardly believe what I was reading, I now write this.

What thoughts I had towards those we have voted for in the past and how I feel about them now, I truly believe they call themselves "Honourable" and "Right Honourable" as a very sick joke upon all of us, because we are foolish enough to pay them for deceiving us in every way they can and more importantly very, very foolish for voting for any of them.

Every time you hear them address each other by such a title, remember the treachery that lies behind them. See it lit up by a thousand high voltage bulbs above their heads and never, ever forget what they are doing now and what they have done to their own Country and to YOU the people, and they are freely and deliberately doing to it "today". Unless they begin to take their titles as they were once meant to be, a real "honour" bestowed upon them, we will be looking at the third and final war, a war that started in Libya and a war we are ill equipped to even take part in never mind win, and sadly we haven't had a true Leader of men since the 1940's. I say that because ever since the EU signed a Treaty (on behalf of all member states, commonly known as, or spoken as the Arab Spring) many of those Countries have seen great "unrest". An unrest that is spreading throughout many Countries at present. Who and why and what was the bombing of Libya truly about?

We will soon have here a completely divided and deliberately broken Nation and Country of ENGLAND whose Government eagerly welcomes through the EU's Legislation the permanent dividing of ENGLAND through the EU's Localism Bill and executed by a Prime Minister of this once United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. There were no old women standing knitting at the killing, all just 'finished off' behind closed doors. Perhaps it was a great pity Guy Fawkes was found out before he lit the touch-paper. In fact, the comment from one stalwart gentleman decided that Guy Fawkes was possibly the only honest person that had enterred that building, for we all knew exactly what he was there for.
