Cameron Faces Unrest over EU Membership

'British Prime Minister David Cameron has been faced with an open rebellion in his own political party regarding the UK’s membership in the European Union (EU).
Cameron came under pressure in the Conservative party over the UK’s relationship with the EU like several of his predecessors, as euro skeptics within the Tories gave mixed opinions on the UK Prime Minister’s comments about arranging a new EU settlement.
On September 28, Cameron told the state-run BBC during a visit to Brazil that he didn’t think it would be in the best interests of the UK to leave the EU, but there would “be opportunities for a fresh settlement” in the following parliamentary term.'
