Further to the points forwarded on HAARP last week, this video below (Which was forwarded to me after my points sent round, for which I am extremely grateful) which gives is very good idea of what HAARP is all about,  although it makes me seriously doubt if this World can survive from the kind of people that are allegedly "in charge" of such a project.  Try to look at it (If you are interested in HAARP of course ) when you can sit down and look at it without disturbances. 

If an Island is destroyed or made uninhabitable as I think one was made so in the last war- people can be moved to another Island.  If Scientists destroy the World, there is absolutely no where mankind can go.  Yet this has been going on since the 1970's and being built and extended and they STILL do not know exactly how safe it is.  I have grave doubts about that one guy though and the more I listened to him the more grave doubts I had, and he seems to be in charge!
