Here we see Englsih Freemen standing in court as Lay Advisors to another Freemen.
This is for a Council Tax Liability Order hearing in Cwmbran Magistrates Court in South Wales, There were 14 Freemen in attendance.
The court was never convened as the Freemen never handed juridiction to magistrates or the clerk by standing up when ordered to do so and the magistrates never sat down.
The magistrates twice abandoned the court (the ship) and it was the Freemen who called the Police and at one point the Lay advisor can clearly be heard calling attending Police Constables to arrest the magistrates for impersonating judges.
There were many criminal acts committed this day by the company personnel (Magistrates, solictors, security and the clerk) and Police complaints are under way pending prosecutions for Fraud among other things.
But for the real shocker of how these people think they are above the law ...

Producing the Birth Certificate under some deluded quasi-religious belief that a person is a legal fiction (when recent law dictionaries clearly state that "person" refers to natural persons ie human beings) is nothing more than grandstanding to a crowd of the faithful.
It's like the pope standing on the balcony overlooking saint peters square to the gathered multitude and saying that god wants us to shun all homosexuals and that catholic priests don't fiddle with choirboys. It sounds great, but it just isn't true.
On that eveidence alone, the court had already decided that the defendent was guilty.
Nowhere in the video was there a dispute that the amount being claimed was incorrect or that the person on the summons was not the correct person - in fact Ray even agrees that the person was there (and presented the birth certificate) indicating that it was the correct person for the summons and the Liability Order.
So the Liability Order was granted. Nothing really happened besides a lot of hot air.
so whats the crack then? do we stand a chance of beating this corrupt system?
whats next, has the bloke been summond to court again, has he been fined?

Rebel Leader - you say you have evidence of Fraud Being committed - care to explain what you perceive as being Fraud?
As you say, I wasn't there - but you've put this Video up on this public site and now you criticize when people make comment on your video. So from looking at the video, a Liability Order was granted.
If you don't wish people to make comments about the video then don't place it into the public arena.
The Liability Order was granted. You stood in court and you did nothing to prevent that happening. In fact all you did was confirm to the Magistrates that the person the Summons and Liability Order was made out to was the same person on the Birth Certificate.
If you are unable to take people's comments, and engage in a discussion about it then that's you're issue.
But unfortunately the person you've managed to hoodwink in letting you be their representative will now face more hassle in the court. Will you be continuing to represent them?
I fail to understand the purpose of this whole process other than to give an audience to this very odd man in court.
It seems to me that if nothing else, he is flattering many of the officials involved if he thinks they did or did not do something because they were aware that they had to uphold an oath. They clearly stood there bemused because they thought they were delaing with a mad man.
I'll Echo what Al says. The time shown is the time of the hearing. For all Liability Orders they are dated at 10am.
This wasn't even a hearing - in the sense that people seem to think. With regards to Liability Orders, you can contest that the Liability Order should not be granted, and Generally the Magistrates will only not grant one if the amount that is being requested by the Local Authority is incorrect, or that the Person on the Summons and Liability Order is incorrect, And if the Local Authority hasn't followed correct procedures.
In the Video it is quite clearly seen that Ray (Rebel Leader) acknowledges that the Person that the Liability Order and Summons are made out to is actually correct, in fact he presents a Birth Certificate of that Person. Lets not forget that if we're going to look at this in the eyes of the legal fiction, then the legal fiction (the person) was there, and it was shown that the legal fiction (the person) was the same legal fiction (the person) as on the Summons and Liability Order.
So, what is the Fraud that has occurred? It seems as if people are going into these things with very little knowledge of the Legal world, and lets face it when you start talking about legal fictions, and dealing with Magistrates then you need to grasp some of the Basics.
The Liability Order was Granted, and nothing really happened.
